Welcome to Scramgram. By accessing or using the Scramgram website (scramgram.com), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Page Scholar Inc.

Scramgram is a free daily word puzzle game. Each day, a new puzzle is available for all players. The Service includes the web-based game at scramgram.com and companion mobile applications for iOS and Android.

All content, design, code, puzzles, and branding associated with Scramgram are the property of Page Scholar Inc or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The word lists used in Scramgram are compiled from publicly available dictionary sources and are used for gameplay purposes only.

When you share your game results via the Service's share feature, you grant Page Scholar Inc a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that shared content (star ratings, word counts, and game statistics) on the Service.

6. Advertisements

The Service may display third-party advertisements. These advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
