I built Scramgram as a daily phone game — thirty seconds, scrambled letters, find as many four-letter words as you can before time runs out. It's fast, it's tense, and people kept asking me: can I play this on paper?
So I made a book.
What's Inside
Scramgram: Can You Think of a Four Letter Word? is a paperback puzzle book with 50 puzzles. Each one gives you a set of scrambled letters and a grid to write your answers. Same mechanic as the app — find four-letter words from the letters — but on paper, at your own pace.
Every puzzle has a self-scoring section. Count your words, check the answer key, and see how you stack up. The book also flags diamond words 💎 — the rare, uncommon words that most players miss. If you find one, you'll know, because each diamond word comes with its definition. It's a vocabulary builder disguised as a puzzle book.
Why Paper?
Not everything needs a screen. The book is perfect for flights, waiting rooms, road trips, or just a quiet morning with coffee. No timer pressure, no ads, no notifications. Just you, a pencil, and some scrambled letters.
It also works great alongside the app. Practice on paper to build your word instincts, then see if it translates to faster times on your phone. The puzzles are different — the book has its own set — so there's no overlap with the daily game.
Volume 1
